ROV Team managed, for various insurance companies the immediate response effort after the impact of Hurricanes Irma and María in PR, the ROV Team delineated the assessment/inspection plan for insured properties (residential, industrial, and commercial) throughout the 78 municipalities and USVI. To meet this challenge, ROV recruited and managed more than 100 professionals and 52 subcontracted companies with practice in engineering and architecture. In total, more than 550 resources were recruited.

The implementation of the emergency program was entailed a thorough analysis of the insurer’s needs to provide an accurate and immediate response amid one of the worst catastrophes that Puerto Rico has suffered.

The site inspection report, damage extent, takeoffs and repair/replace cost estimate were developed using templates designed by ROV programmers. Also, our team provided Forensic and Expert Witness services for residential and commercial properties.
